▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene comprises reacting a mixture of porous iron oxide and iron with carbon dioxide at a high temperature, where the graphene has a specific surface area of 1800-2000 m2/g, and a conductivity of 6000-8000 S/m. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and excellent, and has excellent reproducibility and easy application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene, characterized in that the method for preparing the graphene comprises (i) uniformly mixing metal iron powder and porous iron oxide into a container to obtain a mixture, (ii) feeding a container with argon gas, heating the container containing the mixture to 1000-1200 degrees C at a heating rate of 16-20 degrees C/minute, and when the temperature in the container reaches 1200 degrees C, introducing carbon dioxide gas, (iii) holding the container for introducing the carbon dioxide gas for 90-120 minutes, stopping the introduction of the carbon dioxide gas, continuously passing argon gas, and cooling the container to room temperature to obtain a black powder, and (iv) adding an acid solution to the black powder, sufficiently reacting, then washing with deionized water to be neutral, and drying.
