NOVELTY - The amplifier has a gate transmission line whose end is connected with an input end of a main body and another end is connected with a gate electrode direct current (DC) bias voltage supply. A connecting end of a leakage transmission wire is connected with the gate electrode DC bias voltage supply. Another connecting end of the leakage transmission wire is connected with an output end of the main body. A drain electrode of a graphene FET is connected between the leakage transmission wire and an inductor. USE - Graphene distributed amplifier. ADVANTAGE - The amplifier avoids use of an external capacitor so as to improve characteristic impedance of the gate transmission line, thus increasing transmission gain.
