▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing graphene composite fibers comprises (a) preparing a first solution by dispersing graphene in a dispersion solvent; (b) preparing a second solution by adding a nylon polymer to the first solution; (c) preparing a graphene master chip by coagulating and cutting the second solution to prepare a plurality of graphene master chips; and (d) spinning multiple graphene master chips and the nylon polymer with a fiber spinning device to prepare graphene composite fibers. The graphene composite fiber is 2.9 D. The dispersion solvent includes dimethyl sulfoxide, N-methyl-2-piperidone and/or dimethylformamide. The graphene has average diameter of 200-500 nm. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene composite fibers. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite fibers can express properties of graphene to extent that small amount of graphene is added to polymer and can be produced in large quantities.
