NOVELTY - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene involves forming a rotating arc area, the rotating arc area including a center portion and an edge portion, guiding the nitrogen source to the central portion, and guiding the carbon source to the edge, and initiating the reaction by the arc to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene. USE - The method is used for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene which is used for preparing absorbing materials, catalysts or catalyst carrier (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has high doping level and excellent quality, is simple in process and easy to realize industrialization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the nitrogen-doped graphene obtained by the above-mentioned method.
