▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fabric coating method of electric heating element coating liquid composed of high-tech composite applied carbon nanotube/graphene nanoflakes (CNT/GNF) blending method comprises preparing an electric heating element coating solution by mixing 15 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)-based copolymer solution, 15-45 wt.% graphene, 15-45 wt.% CNT, and 10-30 wt.% GNF and stirring with a magnetic stirrer, preparing a fabric of a certain size, coating a circuit pattern of a specific shape on the fabric by using the electric heating element coating liquid as a conductive ink by a printing method, drying at room temperature for 24-48 hours after the coating, and forming a planar heating element of electric heating textile with a coating thickness of 0.1 ± 0.02 mm through a high-temperature and high-pressure thermal compression process after the drying. USE - The method is useful for coating fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes conductive ink having good electrical properties, resistance to oxidation, thermal conductivity, piezoelectricity, viscosity, adhesiveness, uniform exothermic durability, and coatability, which is easily coated on fabric by a printing method to continuously maintain a constant exothermic temperature, provides functional electronic fiber capable of maintaining body temperature in a low-temperature environment.
