▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high heat conducting conductive and flame retardant graphene/epoxy resin composite material is prepared by stirring hydrogen bond receptor, imidazole and sodium phosphate at 60-90degrees Celsius for 0.5-1 hour until mixture becomes transparent, filtering to obtain low eutectic solvent (DES), adding antimony trioxide, stirring for 0.5-1 hour, cooling to obtain mixed solution, heating at 40-60degrees Celsius, adding graphene, intermittent ultrasonically treating for 0.5-2 hours to obtain modified graphene mixture, adding epoxy resin, and solidifying and forming under certain curing condition. USE - The method is used for preparing high heat conducting conductive and flame retardant graphene/epoxy resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method can uniformly disperse graphene and diantimony trioxide in DES to improve interface effect of graphene and epoxy resin, and plays flame-retardant effect of diantimony trioxide. The material has high heat conductivity, high conductivity and high flame retardant performance.
