▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A three-dimensional graphene-shaped memory polymer composite material comprises three-dimensional graphene, a shape memory polymer, and an electrode. The shape memory polymer is coated on the outside of the three-dimensional graphene. The three-dimensional graphene at both ends of the composite material is exposed, and the electrodes are arranged on the outside of the exposed three-dimensional graphene. USE - The composite material is useful for forming a composite material structure, which is useful in electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has good electrical and thermal conductivity, stable and controllable electric drive shape recovery, and the drivability and greatly improves the application convenience of shape recovery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing three-dimensional graphene-shaped memory polymer composite material comprising preparing three-dimensional graphene using the foam metal pressed with 2-5 layers of nickel foam as a template, performing vapor chemical deposition growth, obtaining the three-dimensional graphene grown on the foam nickel template, then placing it in an etching solution to etch the foam nickel skeleton, then cleaning, freezing, and drying to obtain the three-dimensional graphene for use, (2) mixing epoxy resin E51, alicyclic epoxy resin E73, aminoethylpiperazine, and polysulfide rubber to obtain a shape memory polymer, and (3) transferring the 3D graphene into a mold, adding the shape memory polymer, heating at 80-90 degreesC after the 3D graphene is completely covered 5-6 hours, removing the memory polymer at both ends of the composite material to expose the three-dimensional graphene on the inner side, and preparing electrodes on the exposed surface of the three-dimensional graphene to obtain the three-dimensional graphene-shaped memory polymer composite material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the three-dimensional graphene-shaped memory polymer composite material.
