NOVELTY - The device has a filter pipe whose lower part is provided with a water outlet pipeline. An end part of a water pipe is provided with a water outlet shell. An outer end of the water outlet shell is connected with a drain pipe. An end part of the water pipe is provided with a free terminal. A water discharging pipe is provided with a control pump. An end part of a filtering pipeline is provided with a primary limiting block. An end part of the filter pipe is provided with a secondary limiting block. The primary limiting block is connected with the primary limiting block. A primary polyester fiber filter and a secondary polyester fiber filter are provided with the filter pipe. The primary polyester fiber filter and the secondary polyester fiber filter are formed with graphene polyester fiber i.e. polyester chip, graphene polyester masterbatch and anion preparation of polyester masterbatch.
