▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A hollow nanoneedle-graphene composite sensor comprises a polycarbonate film, a hollow nanoneedle provided on one side of the polycarbonate film, and a hybrid graphene composite electrode provided on the other side of the polycarbonate film. USE - Hollow nanoneedle-graphene composite sensor for detecting biomolecules in active cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hollow nanoneedle-graphene composite sensor has better biocompatibility and high sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for preparing a hollow nanoneedle-graphene composite sensor, which involves utilizing a combination of atomic layer deposition and plasma etching to prepare a polycarbonate film having an alumina hollow nanoneedle on one side, and preparing of hybrid graphene composite electrode on the other side of the polycarbonate film (2) a method for detecting intracellular biomolecules, which involves utilizing an outer nano-needle to assist the hollow nanoneedle to pierce the cell membrane, diffusing and permeating the biomolecules in the cell through the hollow nanoneedle tube, and detecting the hybrid graphene composite electrode on the back surface of the hollow nanoneedle, so as to realize the detection of biological molecules in the cell.
