NOVELTY - Preparing immune sensor based gold-silver core-shell magnetic graphene absorbing cadmium ion comprises e.g. (i) taking 3-5 mm diameter glassy carbon electrode with aluminum oxide polishing powder, grinding, washing with ultrapure water, (ii) taking 6 mu l, 1-3 mg/ml of gold-silver core-shell magnetic graphene absorbing cadmium ion (Au/AgFe3O4-GSCd2+) solution adding dropwise manner and coating on electrode surface, then air drying under room temperature, (iii) taking 6 mu l, 8-12 mu g/ml tumor marker antibody solution, adding dropwise manner to electrode surface and washing with ultrapure water. USE - The immune sensor is useful for detection of liver cancer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The immune sensor: has strong specificity, high sensitivity and low detection limits. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing immune sensor based gold-silver core-shell magnetic graphene absorbing cadmium ion comprises (i) taking 3-5 mm diameter glassy carbon electrode with aluminum oxide polishing powder, grinding, washing with ultrapure water, (ii) taking 6 mu l, 1-3 mg/ml of gold-silver core-shell magnetic graphene absorbing cadmium ion (Au/AgFe3O4-GSCd2+) solution adding dropwise manner and coating on electrode surface, then air drying under room temperature, (iii) taking 6 mu l, 8-12 mu g/ml tumor marker antibody solution, adding dropwise manner to the electrode surface, washing with ultrapure water, then refrigerating at 4 degrees C and drying, (iv) continuing for 3 mu l, 0.5-2 wt.% mass fraction of bovine serum albumin (BSA) solution and adding dropwise manner to the electrode surface, to enclose non specific active site of electrode surface, and washing with ultrapure water, then refrigerating at 4 degrees C and air drying, (v) adding dropwise manner 6 mu l, 0.05 pg/ml-50 ng/ml of a series of different concentration of tumor markers antigen standard solution to electrode surface then washing with ultrapure water, then refrigerating at 4 degrees C and air drying to obtain immune sensor based gold-silver core-shell magnetic graphene absorbing cadmium ion.
