NOVELTY - Microencapsulated phase change material preparation involves stirring graphene oxide in a magnetic force stirrer. The stirred product is cooled on ice water bath at -4 degrees C and 300-500 rotations per minute for 1.5 hours. The mixture is added with graphite, concentrated acid and strong oxidizing agent. The mixture is stirred on water bath at 35-40 degrees C and 300-500 rotations per minute for 2 hours. The stirred mixture is added with potassium permanganate. The mixture is stirred at 80-90 degrees C and 300-500 rotations per minute. The stirred mixture is added with graphite and deionized water. USE - Method for preparing microencapsulated phase change material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare durable microencapsulated phase change material in a simple and eco-friendly manner with increased heat stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Microencapsulated phase change material preparation involves stirring graphene oxide in a magnetic force stirrer. The mixture is added with hydrolyzed hydrogen peroxide and hydrochloric acid. The mixture is vacuum filtered. The obtained filtrate is washed and then dried at 60 degrees C. The dried mixture is added with liquid paraffin emulsion and non-ionic emulsifying agent. The mixture is stirred in a reaction kettle at 65-75 degrees C. The stirred mixture is added with deionized water and dispersed graphite. The mixture is stirred at 500-1000 rotations per minute for 5 hours. The stirred mixture is added with initiator solution. The temperature of the mixture is raised at 75-85 degrees C. The mixture is kept preserved for 2-4 hours. The preserved mixture is vacuum filtered. The obtained filtrate is washed. The washed mixture is dried at 40-50 degrees C. The dried mixture is crushed in a crusher.
