▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of aminated reduced graphene oxide/manganese oxide composite material involves preparing graphite oxide by Hummers method, preparing graphite oxide into an aqueous solution, stirring with dimethylformamide in a water bath at 30-40 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours, adding p-phenylenediamine solution, heating to 70-90 degrees C, stirring mixture under reflux for 9-11 hours, washing with ethanol and deionized water until the supernatant is colorlessly neutral, dispersing obtained precipitate in deionized water to obtain 0.1-1 g/L, preferably 0.5-1 g/L aminated reduced graphene oxide, ultrasonically mixing with potassium permanganate aqueous solution using hydrothermal method and transferring into a reaction vessel. USE - Preparation of aminated reduced graphene oxide/manganese oxide composite material used for preparing capacitor materials (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses aminated graphene which effectively improves the conductivity of manganese dioxide, electrochemical activity of composite material, and wettability of the material with electrolyte. The method regulates and controls the microstructure of manganese dioxide, and increases the specific surface area, thus improving the dispersibility of the composite material. The capacitor material prepared using the composite material has improved performance.
