▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method comprises connecting activated bacterial cellulose growth bacteria to seed culture medium for culture; connecting seed culture medium to fermentation medium; uniformly mixing and putting in constant temperature incubator for static fermentation to obtain bacterial cellulose wet film; washing bacterial cellulose wet film with alkaline; pulpig via mechanical method to obtain homogeneous suspension; preparing graphene oxide using modified Hummers method; reducing graphene oxide solution in situ using green reducing agent L(+) ascorbic acid; mixing reduced graphene oxide solution with homogeneous suspension; forming homogeneous mixture after ultrasonic dispersion; standing homogeneous mixture for stratification; and freeze-drying to separate bacterial cellulose/reduced graphene oxide composite material. USE - The method is used for preparing bacterial cellulose/reduction graphene oxide composite material (claimed), useful in flexible functional dressing or tissue engineering field. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, realizes reduced graphene oxide and bacterial cellulose compounding, and produces composite material having good antibacterial performance.
