▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The laser has a laser body provided with a pumping source that is coupled to a pumping input single-mode fiber by a beam combiner. A thulium-doped single-mode dual-clad optical fiber is coupled to the single-mode fiber. An end of a multi-mode interference filter is connected with the thulium-doped dual-clad single-mode fiber. Another end of the multi-mode interference filter is fixed on a precise translation part. A FC/APC fusion splicer is connected with the multi-mode interference filter, where the FC/APC fusion splicer contains graphene oxide. A polarization independent isolator is fixed to the FC/APC fusion splicer and welded with an output coupler. An output end of the coupler is connected with a collimator and a polarization controller that is connected with the beam combiner. USE - Wavelength tunable graphene oxide mode-locked all-fiber thulium laser for use in a communication system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The laser has simple structure, convenient operation and high stability, and utilizes the graphene oxide that includes excellent performance and low production cost, to realize tunable two micrometer output wave band in the laser body and satisfies practical applications.
