NOVELTY - Composite thermal insulation yarn comprises graphene fibers for heating and a graphene silica gel composite layer wrapped in the graphene fibers. The graphene silica gel composite layer is composed of a precursor solution A and a precursor solution B for soaking. The precursor solution A comprises graphene powder and liquid silica gel. The precursor solution B comprises polytetrafluoroethylene solution, thermally conductive carbon fiber, zirconium tungstate and ethanol. USE - The composite thermal insulation yarn is useful for petroleum field. ADVANTAGE - The composite thermal insulation yarn increases the lipophobicity caused by the tetrafluoroethylene. The heat conducting carbon fiber can conduct heat to the heat generated by the internal graphene and the low expansion rate of heating caused by zirconium tungstate (ZrW2O8).
