NOVELTY - Antistatic plastic wooden sleeper comprises an inner core and an antistatic surface layer. The inner core comprises 45-55 pts. wt. wood powder, 25-30 pts. wt. PVC, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 5-10 pts. wt. conductive particles and 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. mildew preventive. The antistatic surface layer comprises a fiber cloth containing an antistatic agent. The preparation of antistatic agent comprises mixing hydroxy-terminated compound, chloroacetic acid and toluene, adding p-toluenesulfonic acid, heating, refluxing, adding toluene and sodium hydroxide solution, alkali washing, separating liquid, washing the oil phase with water until neutral, separating the liquids again, using anhydrous magnesium sulfate to dry the organic phase, distilling under reduced pressure to obtain compound B, adding compound B to N,N-dimethylacetamide, stirring , slowly adding triethylamine drop wise, stirring, reacting, distilling under reduced pressure and drying to obtain an antistatic agent. USE - Used as antistatic plastic wooden sleeper comprising e.g. wood powder. ADVANTAGE - The antistatic plastic wooden sleeper has excellent antistatic properties and improves the antistatic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Antistatic plastic wooden sleeper comprises an inner core and an antistatic surface layer. The inner core comprises 45-55 pts. wt. wood powder, 25-30 pts. wt. PVC, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 5-10 pts. wt. conductive particles and 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. mildew preventive. The antistatic surface layer comprises a fiber cloth containing an antistatic agent. The preparation of antistatic agent comprises mixing hydroxy-terminated compound, chloroacetic acid and toluene, adding p-toluenesulfonic acid, heating, refluxing for 12 hours, stopping reaction, adding toluene and sodium hydroxide solution, alkali washing, separating the liquid, washing the oil phase with water until neutral, separating the liquids again, using anhydrous magnesium sulfate to dry the organic phase, distilling under reduced pressure to obtain compound B, adding compound B to N,N-dimethylacetamide, stirring for 5 minutes, slowly adding triethylamine drop wise, stirring, reacting for 4 hours, distilling under reduced pressure and drying at 35degrees Celsius for 24 hours to obtain an antistatic agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antistatic plastic wooden sleeper comprising (a) mixing wood powder, PVC, antioxidant, conductive particles and mildew preventive evenly to obtain a mixture, melting, extruding the mixture to obtain extruded pellets, melting the extruded pellets again, hot-pressing, cooling, cutting, grinding to form a pillow core and (b) wrapping the prepared fiber cloth containing antistatic agent on the surface of the pillow core, spraying polyurethane resin stock solution on the antistatic surface layer to form a hard layer with a thickness of 1 mm.
