NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a combined sample by coating or cladding the graphene liquid phase on the surface of the rotating substrate. The prepared sample is installed on the electric three-dimensional movable platform in the vacuum chamber for use. A laser (1) is turned on to focus the optical path of the laser on the sample. The laser is burned by focusing on the planned point of the sample to quickly form plasma. The functional groups are introduced. The electrons and particles are utilized to graft and bond to enhance the bonding strength of graphene fusion on the substrate. The electric three-dimensional movable platform is located in a vacuum chamber (2). USE - Method for enhancing bonding fastness of graphene to substrate. ADVANTAGE - The graphene and the substrate are obtained a binding structure with higher bonding strength, so as to achieve the combination of two kinds of materials with relatively stable surfaces.
