NOVELTY - An aluminum composite material comprises 50-70 parts mass graphene oxide-coated alumina particles formed by coating graphene oxide on the surface of alumina particles, 30-50 parts mass allyl phenolic compound-modified bismaleimide-diisocyanate compound and 0.15-0.25 parts mass curing agent. The curing agent is dispersed in allyl phenolic compound-modified bismaleimide- diisocyanate compound. USE - Aluminum composite material used for laminate substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aluminum composite material has reduced interfacial thermal resistance and cluster phenomenon. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of aluminum composite material, which involves mixing graphene oxide-coated alumina particles, allyl phenolic compound, and bismaleimide-diisocyanate ester monomer at 125-140 degrees C for 3-3.5 hours, obtaining allyl phenolic compound-modified bismaleimide-diisocyanate compound, mixing obtained compound with curing agent, uniformly dissolving in an organic solvent and ultrasonically vibrating; and (2) laminate substrate, which is obtained by sequentially laminating primary electrode layer, a dielectric layer and a secondary electrode layer. The dielectric layer comprises a reinforcing material and aluminum composite material which is coated with reinforcing material.
