▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method (I) of making a transmission electron microscope grid, comprises: (a) providing a substrate with a graphene layer (124) on a surface of the substrate; (b) applying a carbon nanotube film structure (122) to cover the graphene layer; (c) removing the substrate, to obtain a graphene layer-carbon nanotube film composite structure (120); and (d) placing the graphene layer-carbon nanotube film composite structure on a grid (110). USE - The method is useful in making a transmission electron microscope grid. ADVANTAGE - The method provides: a transmission electron microscope grid which comprises a carbon nanotube film which is free-standing making the carbon nanotube structure sustain its own weight without tearing; and many transmission electron microscope grids at a time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method (II) of making more than one transmission electron microscope grids, comprising: steps (a), (b) and (c) as above per se; (d1) arranging many grids spaced from each other on a platform; (e) covering the grids with the graphene layer-carbon nanotube film composite structure; and (f) cutting the graphene layer-carbon nanotube film composite structure corresponding to the grids. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a schematic view of the transmission electron microscope grid.
