▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Cathode material for graphene-based lithium ion battery, comprises foamed copper, graphene, and copper cobalt zinc zeolitic imidazolate framework composite, where foamed copper is supporting frame, graphene is modified on supporting frame, and cobalt copper zinc zeolitic imidazolate framework is modified on surface of the graphene and exposed foamed copper surface. USE - Method for preparing cathode material for graphene-based lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare cathode material for lithium ion battery which has high reversible specific capacity, excellent rate performance and good circulation stability, circularly discharging coulomb efficiency can still keep close to 100 %, effectively relieves volume expansion of lithium ion battery in the process of charging and discharging effect and shortens the distance of lithium ion diffusion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing cathode material for graphene-based lithium ion battery, which involves: (A) cleaning copper foam with acetone, hydrochloric acid and water, respectively, and drying for use, dissolving zinc nitrate hexahydrate, cobalt nitrate hexahydrate and 2-methylimidazole in methanol, microwave-assisted at 45-55 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, centrifuging, and washing solids with methanol and drying to obtain cobalt zinc zeolitic imidazolate framework; (B) dispersing obtained cobalt zinc zeolitic imidazolate framework and copper acetate in methanol/water mixed solution, adding trimethylammonium bromide and sodium dodecyl sulfate, performing microwave-assisted reaction for 3-5 minutes, centrifuging, washing the solid product with methanol and drying to obtain cobalt copper zinc zeolitic imidazolate framework; and (C) dispersing reduced graphene oxide and cobalt copper zinc zeolitic imidazolate framework in methanol, and then adding copper foam, reacting at 45-55 degrees C for 20-30 hours, centrifuging, and washing solid product with methanol, drying to obtain cobalt copper zinc zeolitic imidazolate framework/reduced graphene oxide/foam copper composites, place cobalt copper zinc zeolitic imidazolate framework/reduced graphene oxide/foam copper composites in tubular furnace, filling protection gas, calcining at 650-750 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain Cu0.39Zn0.14Co2.47O4-zinc oxide/reduced graphene oxide/copper graphene-based cathode material for lithium ion batteries.
