▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Copper/strontium oxide/graphene catalyst comprises two metals comprising copper and strontium oxide loaded on graphene, where the loading amount of copper in catalyst is 5-10 wt.%, the molar ratio copper and strontium oxide is (1-4):1, and the carrier is graphene. USE - The catalyst is useful in catalytic methanol dehydrogenation for preparing methyl formate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has high activity, high selectivity and stable catalytic performance and short process flow, ensures catalytic activity at relatively low temperature, low investment in equipment, 91% conversion of methanol, 93% selectivity of methyl formate and 85% yield at 240 degrees C, and adopts single raw material and by-product such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen for synthesis of methanol. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the catalyst, involving (a) ultrasonically treating graphene and deionized water in water bath at 60 degrees C, uniformly stirring, dripping aqueous solution of copper(II) nitrate trihydrate, dripping aqueous ammonia to adjust the pH of mixture to 6-7, uniformly stirring for 2 hours, filtering, washing, drying and grinding into powder, and dissolving certain amount strontium nitrate in deionized water, dripping to ground powder, soaking at room temperature, evaporating, drying, roasting, tableting, pressing to shape, and sieving the mixture to particles of 10-50 mesh to obtain catalyst precursor copper/strontium oxide/graphene, and (b) activating obtained catalyst precursor copper/strontium oxide/graphene in mixed gas of hydrogen and nitrogen, increasing the temperature from room temperature to 250-300?C at a speed of 2 degrees C/minute, and performing reduction at 250-300 degrees C to obtain the catalyst; and (2) a use of catalyst in catalytic methanol dehydrogenation for preparing methyl formate.
