NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide composite material involves diluting graphene oxide with water to prepare 0.9-1.2 mg/ml graphene oxide hydrosol, slowly adding alkali, stirring in water bath, adding hydrochloric acid, adjusting pH to 1 or less, centrifuging, removing the lower layer liquid, water washing, centrifuging until the pH of the lower layer liquid reaches 6.5-6.8, to obtain an alkalized graphene oxide solution, diluting with water to 0.9-1.2 mg/ml alkalized solution, adding eight-arm polyethylene glycol, mixing, ultrasonically processing, adjusting pH 7.5-7.8 using sodium bicarbonate, adding carbodiimide, stirring at room temperature, and performing centrifugal washing with an ultrafiltration tube for not less than 5 times using water. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide composite material (claimed) useful for promoting bacterial growth. ADVANTAGE - The method enables large-scale preparation of graphene oxide composite material having stable structure, using simple equipment.
