NOVELTY - Preparing doped metal oxide/graphene composition nano material comprises e.g. (i) preparing graphene oxide using improved Hummers' method, carrying out centrifugal washing, dispersing ultrasonically for 1-3 hours, preparing 0.5-2 mg/ml-1 graphene oxide aqueous solution; (ii) taking reducibility valence metal ion salt configured to ion concentration of 0.01-0.1 mol/l of aqueous solution, adding urea, dispersing ultrasonically for 5-20 minutes, dissolving the raw material, and adding graphene oxide aqueous solution, stirring with magnetic force for 20-50 minutes; and (iii) adding metal salt. USE - The doped metal oxide/graphene composition nano material is useful in lithium ion battery and sodium ion battery cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes simple device, has rapid heating speed, short reaction time, high purity of the product, improves production efficiency, high relative specific capacity, good circulation stability and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing doped metal oxide/graphene composition nano material comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide using improved Hummers' method, carrying out centrifugal washing, dispersing ultrasonically for 1-3 hours, preparing 0.5-2 mg/ml-1 graphene oxide aqueous solution; (ii) taking reducibility valence metal ion salt configured to ion concentration of 0.01-0.1 mol/l of aqueous solution, adding urea, dispersing ultrasonically for 5-20 minutes, dissolving the raw material, and adding graphene oxide aqueous solution, stirring with magnetic force for 20-50 minutes, where the valent metal ion salt aqueous solution, urea and oxidized graphene aqueous solution is in the ratio 100 ml:0.005-0.05 mol:5-50 ml; (iii) adding 1-10% metal salt of doped metal and stirring continuously to obtain mixed solution, where the doped metal is chromium, antimony, nickel, cobalt and/or aluminum; (iv) placing mixed solution in microwave for catalyzing and synthesizing, regulating power of microwave at 600-1000 W, setting reaction temperature to 90-110 degrees C, heating and allowing to react for 5-20 minutes under the microwave condition; and (v) allowing the reaction mixture to stand in container, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, washing, drying in vacuum at 50-90 degrees C for 12-36 hours in protection atmosphere at 450-550 degrees C for 1-3 hours.
