▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene conductive powder coating comprises 100 parts mass epoxy resin, 0.2-2.5 parts mass graphene, 2-8 parts mass dispersant, 5-15 parts mass filler, 1-5 parts mass silane coupling agent, 0.5-3 parts mass titanate coupling agent, 0.2-1 part mass leveling agent, 1-5 part mass curing agent, and 1.5-5 parts mass defoamer. Also claimed is manufacture of graphene conductive powder coating, which involves dispersing graphene and epoxy resin in ultrasonic agent, adding filler, silane coupling agent and titanate coupling agent to the slurry, adding remaining raw materials, extruding and crushing. USE - Graphene conductive powder coating in conductive treatment of surface of wood product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene conductive powder coating has excellent surface conductivity of the substrate, improves quality of electrostatic spray coatings on wood product, prevents pinholes, bubbles, cracks, etc. from appearing in the coating leveling process, and promoting adhesiveness of wood products substrate and coating of wood products. The coated wood product has excellent hardness, resistance, and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene conductive powder coating comprises 100 parts mass epoxy resin, 0.2-2.5 parts mass graphene, 2-8 parts mass dispersant, 5-15 parts mass filler, 1-5 parts mass silane coupling agent, 0.5-3 parts mass titanate coupling agent, 0.2-1 part mass leveling agent, 1-5 part mass curing agent, and 1.5-5 parts mass defoamer. Also claimed is manufacture of graphene conductive powder coating, which involves pre-crushing the epoxy resin, dispersing the graphene with ultrasonic agent for 15-60 minutes to obtain dispersion slurry, mixing and milling filler, a silane coupling agent and a titanate coupling agent with the slurry, adding remaining raw materials, mixing for 20-30 minutes, extruding using a twin-screw extruder at 85-100 degrees C, cooling, pressing, crushing, and sieving. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for usage of graphene conductive powder coating in conductive treatment of surface of the wood product.
