NOVELTY - Single-component heat-conducting hot-melt polyurethane adhesive comprises 20-60 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 0-20 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 20-70 pts. wt. heat-conducting medium, 5-30 pts. wt. flame-retardant medium, 5-15 pts. wt. isocyanate and 2-10 pts. wt. additive. USE - The single-component heat-conducting hot-melt polyurethane adhesive is useful in electronic products with heat dissipation and flame retardant requirements. ADVANTAGE - The single-component heat-conducting hot-melt polyurethane adhesive: realizes heat dissipation and heat transfer protection of electronic products; has polyurethane suitable viscosity and fluidity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing single-component heat-conducting hot-melt polyurethane adhesive comprising mixing and heating polyester polyol, polyether polyol, heat conduction medium, flame retardant medium and additives to 110-130℃, and vacuum drying to remove water for 60 minutes, (ii) cooling to 100℃, adding isocyanate, heating to 130-150 ℃, reacting for 1-3 hours and (iii) vacuum defoaming to obtain the product.
