NOVELTY - Preparation of degradable polyester foam material involves (1) taking 50-100 pts. wt. degradable polyester, 1-10 pts. wt. chain extender, 0.01-5 pts. wt. accelerator, 0.1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 0.1-5 pts. wt. nucleating agent into twin-screw extruder, melting and mixing to form a uniform hot melt, (2) adding 1-10 pts. wt. foaming agent to the hot melt, mixing and homogenizing to obtain mixed melt, (3) adding the mixed melt to the pipeline reactor for reaction, (4) molding the product obtained in step (3), foaming, (5) cutting the sample obtained in step (4), polishing, and performing hot-post preparation to get the required sample size.
