NOVELTY - A graphene preparation device comprises a gas supply system connected with a vacuum chamber. The vacuum chamber is set on two rollers. The rollers rotate in the same direction. A rotating roller driving system is provided with a growth substrate on the rollers. One end of the growth substrate is wound around one roller and the other end is placed on the other roller. The growth substrate is rotated by rotation of the other roller. Outlet of the vacuum chamber is connected with an annealing system. USE - Graphene preparation device. ADVANTAGE - The device is suitable for graphene batch and continuous production and can improve production efficiency and yield of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included synthesis of graphene, comprising introducing hydrogen and carbon source gas through a gas supply system into the vacuum chamber to react on a growth substrate, growing graphene on the substrate, sending grown graphene into an annealing system and annealing to obtain graphene.
