▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Zirconium-titanium binary modified epoxy anti-corrosion coating comprises liquid (A) comprising 1 pt. wt. zirconium titanium modified bisphenol A epoxy resin, 0.01-0.03 part stearyl beta -(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate, 0.01-0.02 pt. wt. graphene, 0.01-0.03 pt. wt. chromium oxide green, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. silicon carbide and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. iron phosphate and liquid (B) comprising modified phenalkamine curing agent with an amine value of 320-350, where the zirconium-titanium modified bisphenol A epoxy resin is obtained by modifying bisphenol A epoxy resin with titanium zirconium bimetal alkoxide. USE - The zirconium-titanium binary modified epoxy anti-corrosion coating is used as anti-corrosion coating on carbon steel substrate, stainless steel substrate and ceramic substrate (all claimed) and for pipeline and equipment in oilfield station. ADVANTAGE - The zirconium-titanium binary modified epoxy anti-corrosion coating has excellent temperature resistance, pressure resistance and medium corrosion resistance, and effectively prevents anti-corrosion quality of pipeline and equipment in oilfield station which ensures safe operation of oilfield station. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the zirconium-titanium binary modified epoxy anti-corrosion coating, which involves modifying bisphenol A epoxy resin using titanium zirconium bimetal alkoxide to obtain titanium zirconium modified bisphenol A epoxy resin, mixing the zirconium-titanium modified bisphenol A epoxy resin, beta -(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) stearyl propionate, graphene, chromium oxide green, silicon carbide and iron phosphate to obtain the liquid (A), obtaining liquid (B) which is a modified phenalkamine curing agent with an amine value of 320-350, and mixing the liquid (A) and the liquid (B) to obtain the zirconium titanium binary modified epoxy anti-corrosion coating; and (2) an anti-corrosion coating is formed by coating and curing the zirconium-titanium binary modified epoxy anti-corrosion coating.
