▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A yarn comprises at least one filament formed from a polymer composition comprising 95-99.99 wt.% polymer and 0.01-5 wt.% carbon-based nanomaterial. USE - The yarn is used in fabric comprising woven fabric, knitted fabric, non-woven fabric and continuous filament fabric, which is used in antiviral article comprising car seats, sofas or carpet. The fabric is used in antiviral personal protective equipment such as a surgical mask or apron (all claimed). The antiviral article includes surgical gowns, lab coats, chair seats, packaging, sports clothing and shoes, steering wheel casing, curtains, homemade masks and personal clothes. The yarn is used for textile-based healthcare products and non-healthcare products. The polymer composition is used in molded articles, such as automotive parts and furniture. ADVANTAGE - The yarn has high resistance to bending, fatigue, impact, and abrasion, has good thermal and chemical stability, good compatibilization and low surface energy. The yarn ensures antiviral properties. The melt spinning process allows the graphene particles to remain permanently inside the fiber and the antiviral property is not affected due to washing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a fabric comprising the yarn; and (2) a method comprising melt spinning the polymer composition to produce a yarn.
