NOVELTY - Fatigue-resistant glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material comprises 30-80 pts. wt. polypropylene, 10-40 pts. wt. glass fiber, 2-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide graft modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, 5-15 pts. wt. elastomer, 2-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. lubricant, and 0.1-1 pts. wt. crosslinking agent. USE - Used as fatigue-resistant glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material: uses graphene oxide as core; uses the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber surface to form multiple micro-uniformly dispersed cross-linked rubber particles, and improves the glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material of fatigue resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing fatigue-resistant glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material comprising mixing polypropylene, compatibilizer, elastomer, antioxidant, lubricant, crosslinking agent, adding from main feeding port into a double-screw extruder, mixing graphene oxide graft modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber with the glass fiber, adding to the double-screw extruder through the side feeding port, melting, cutting and vulcanizing, extruding, and granulating.
