NOVELTY - Preparing graphene layer-casting-non-metallic composite material comprises (i) using the graphene quantum dot and/or graphene micro sheet and non-metal simple substance/metal compound, under the ultrasonic action to mixing and grinding, cutting to obtain the composite slurry material or composite powder material, (ii) drying the resulting prepared composite slurry material or powder material to obtain anhydrous composite powder material, and (iii) quenching and refining the resulting anhydrous composite powder material by laser treatment to promote molecular rearrangement and graft fusion. USE - The graphene layer-casting-non-metallic composite material is useful in material processing field, dental implant, super electric drill, battery, super capacitor energy storage material field, catalyst material field, radiating material field, medical field, field of coating material, conductive ink, photoelectric sensor material field, and bio-related fields. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high hardness, high strength, low resistivity and excellent performance, and is easy to process and use.
