▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of a graphene composite biomass micro-nano cavity soaking plate involves: 1) Cutting wood into thin slices which are then soaked in dilute ammonia solution, followed by refluxing at 100-150℃; 2) dipping the sheet-shaped porous biomass carbon material in molten paraffin and performing vacuum drying to form a phase-change micro-nano cavity sequence sheet required for dipping and encapsulating hot-melt paraffin micro-channel; 3) forming a film by drying graphene oxide slurry, slitting the film and performing graphitization at 2600- 3000℃, to form a graphene foaming film which is subjected to calendaring, followed by die cutting molding the formed graphene heat-conducting film, and attaching heat-conducting glue to the edge bonding position; 4) placing the prepared phase-change micro-nano cavity sequence sheet and the graphene heat-conducting film into a mold, filling gaps with liquid paraffin, then performing vacuum flat pressing. USE - Method is used for preparing graphene composite biomass micro-nano cavity soaking plate. ADVANTAGE - In the prepared graphene composite biomass micro-nano cavity soaking plate, graphene heat-conducting film is used to replace copper foil and alloy material, for packaging, to enable substitution of carbon-based composite material for metal-based soaking plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene composite biomass micro-nano cavity soaking plate.
