▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Hydroxy organotitanium polymer i.e. 1-(4-(2-(4-((dihydrido(2-hydroxypropyl)titanio)oxy)phenyl)propan-2-yl)phenoxydihydridotitanio)propan-2-ol compound (I) is new. USE - (I) is useful for preparing solvent-free titanium-based polymer alloy marine heavy-duty anticorrosive coating including primer, intermediate coating and top coating and preparing titanium-based polymer alloy oil tank electrostatic conductive coating including primer and top coating (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - (I): degrades the polymer into small molecule oligomers; and achieves molecular restructuring. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Hydroxy organotitanium polymer i.e. 1-(4-(2-(4-((dihydrido(2-hydroxypropyl)titanio)oxy)phenyl)propan-2-yl)phenoxydihydridotitanio)propan-2-ol compound of formula (I) is new. n = 100. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of (I); (2) use of (I) for preparing solvent-free titanium-based polymer alloy marine heavy-duty anticorrosive coating, the solvent-free titanium-based polymer alloy marine heavy-duty anticorrosive coating includes component A and component B, the component A is composed of 10-15 pts. wt. reactive diluent, 5-20 pts. wt. hydroxy organotitanium polymer, 15-35 pts. wt. polyaspartate, 2-10 pts. wt. liquid nitrile rubber, 5-10 pts. wt. solvent-free graphene dispersion slurry with a solid content of 5-10% and 1.8-7.5 pts. wt. coating additives, and the coating additives include dispersant, antifoaming agent, flatting agent, coupling agent, gas phase silicon dioxide, and/or organic bentonite, the reactive diluent is bicyclic oxazolidine and/or 3-aminopropyltrihydroxysilane, the component B is isocyanate curing agent, and the mass ratio between component A and component B is 4-5:1; and (3) titanium-based polymer alloy oil tank electrostatic conductive paint, comprising component A and component B, the component A is composed of 5-10 pts. wt. active diluent, 15-20 pts. wt. hydroxy organotitanium polymer, 10-35 pts. wt. polyphenolic resin, 9-15 pts. wt. large molecular weight epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. liquid nitrile rubber, 5-10 pts. wt. solvent-free graphene dispersion slurry with a solid content of 5-10%, 3-20 pts. wt. pigments and fillers, and 2.2-9 pts. wt. coating additives, the coating additives include dispersant, defoamer, leveling agent, coupling agent, fumed silica, and/or organic bentonite, the active diluent is bicyclic oxazolidine and/or 3-aminopropyltrihydroxysilane, the pigment and filler are carbon black, titanium dioxide, barium sulfate, and/or mica powder, the component B is solvent-free low-viscosity isocyanate hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer curing agent, and the mass ratio of component A to component B is 4-10:1.
