▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A dopamine-modified electrode comprises polyamphoteric ionic liquid-polypyrrole-graphene oxide-modified glassy carbon electrode as base electrode, where poly(zwitterionic liquid) nanosheet is attached to the base electrode. USE - Dopamine-modified electrode for detecting low concentrations of dopamine quantitatively (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dopamine-modified electrode has high selectivity, stability, anti-interference and wide linear range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for producing dopamine-modified electrode, which involves irradiating polypyrrole-graphene oxide nanosheet ultrasonically, polymerizing the nanosheet chemically based on Hummers' method, dispersing 3-(1-vinyl-3-imidazolio)propanesulfonate (VIPS) and azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) in ethyl alcohol and dispersant, adding the mixture into N-vinylimidazole ionic liquid-polypyrrole-graphene oxide, dispersing the mixture ultrasonically, putting the mixture into oil bath pot, condensing the mixture, washing condensed product with distilled water and ethyl alcohol, centrifuging the mixture, vacuum-drying the mixture for 24 hours to obtain polyamphoteric VIPS ionic liquid-polypyrrole-graphene oxide nanosheet, dispersing the obtained nanosheet in anhydrous ethyl alcohol to obtain composite modifier, coating the composite modifier on clean glass carbon electrode surface and drying the coated electrode at room temperature to obtain finished product.
