NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-fine flake graphite powder involves preparing slurry whose concentration is 30-40% by using flake graphite powder as raw material, adding graphene quantum dot which is crystalline flake graphite powder. The concentration of flake graphite powder is 3-2%, ratio is 20-30:1. The reaction is carried out for wet ball milling for 12-20hours. The reaction mixture is filtered to obtain slurry. The obtained product is dried to obtain superfine crystalline flake graphite powder where the graphene quantum dots can be recycled again. USE - Method for preparing ultra-fine flake graphite powder. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare flake graphite powder in energy saving and eco-friendly manner in which agglomeration of graphite particles are prevented, has strong practical application capability, and prepared flake graphite powder contains 73.5% of particle with diameter less than 0.8 mu meter and 99.84% of particle with diameter less than 2 mu meter.
