▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A method for chiral separation of amino acids on a pectinase-modified capillary silica monolithic column comprises (S1) preparing a graphene oxide-modified silica gel monolithic column, functionalizing it using a coupling agent, and injecting a pectinase solution into the functionalized monolithic column for reacting to obtain a pectinase-modified capillary silica monolithic column, and (S2) applying the pectinase-modified capillary silica monolithic column obtained in step (S1) to the separation of amino acid enantiomers, where the amino acid is one of histidine, tryptophan or arginine. USE - The method is used for chiral separation of amino acids on a pectinase-modified capillary silica monolithic column. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple to operate, and establishes a new and highly selective separation and detection technology of amino acid enantiomers.
