▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing electrostatic shielding nonwoven fabric containing graphene aerogel comprises (i) adding metal whiskers into the dispersion of graphene oxide for dispersion and continuously stirring, then adding reducing agent and crosslinking agent and subjecting to hydrothermal reaction to obtain graphene wet gel, and drying to obtain graphene aerogel containing metal whiskers; (ii) mixing the graphene aerogel with a silver nitrate solution, then adding ethylene glycol and sodium borohydride, reducing silver on the surface of the aerogel and drying to obtain three-dimensional structure and the surface silver-coated graphene aerogel is a conductive filler; and (iii) dispersing the conductive filler in the polyolefin spinning solution, spinning to obtain short fibers and mixing into a fiber web by a carding machine, then bonding by a hot air process and curing to obtain an electrostatically shielded nonwoven fabric having a bulkiness, softness, and high mechanical strength. USE - The method is useful for preparing electrostatic shielding nonwoven fabric containing graphene aerogel. ADVANTAGE - The raw materials improves the electrical conductivity of the non-woven fabric, and the fabric solves the defect that existing conductive layer is easy to fall off and used as a packaging field in the field of electrostatic shielding. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for electrostatic shielding nonwoven fabric containing graphene aerogel is prepared by the method as mentioned above.
