▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Positive temperature coefficient (PTC) heat-generating ink comprises 10-40 %mass framework binder, 5-20 %mass organic phase change material, 1-20 %mass graphene composite conductive fillers, 1-10 %mass additives and remaining of solvent. USE - The PTC heat-generating ink is used in electric heating film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The PTC heat-generating ink solves the potential safety hazards caused by the high conversion temperature of the traditional PTC functional materials using metal oxides such as barium titanate and lead oxide, which may easily lead to abnormal heating, realizes the intelligent and precise temperature control of the smallest unit of each circuit, and improves the safety performance of the floor heating electric heating film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the PTC heat-generating ink, which involves (i) adding solvent to a barrel of integrated grinding and dispersing machine, adding dispersing agent, leveling agent, framework binder and organic phase change material, quickly stirring at a speed of 1000-1500 rpm, using the heat generated by friction and the dissolving effect of the solvent to dissolve the material, uniformly stirring, adding conductive filler, uniformly stirring at a speed of 100-500 rpm, and rapidly stirring and shearing at 1000-1500 rpm, (ii) transferring the mixture obtained in step (i) to a three-axis roller press for repeated grinding, and using a scraper fineness meter to test the fineness during the grinding process, and stopping grinding until the fineness is less than or equal to 5 mu m, and (iii) adding solvent to the ground mixture, adjusting the viscosity to 20000 cps, and adding antifoaming agent to obtain the heating ink; and (2) the use of the PTC heating ink in electric heating film, which involves using corona-treated aluminum-plated insulating polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as a substrate, and printing the heat-generating ink on the substrate by screen printing or gravure printing to form a specific circuit, where the printing thickness is 12 mu m.
