▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Use of phytic acid-graphene oxide quantum dot composite as aqueous phase monomer in preparation of polyamide nanofiltration membrane, where the preparation of the phytic acid-graphene oxide quantum dot composite includes preparing aqueous graphene oxide solutions by a modified Hummers method, performing heating reaction after 450-550W ultrasonic treatment and obtaining graphene oxide quantum dot solution, preparing a phytic acid-graphene oxide quantum dot composite by using the graphene oxide quantum dot solution and phytic acid as raw materials by a solution synthesis method. USE - The phytic acid-graphene oxide quantum dot composite as aqueous phase monomer is useful in preparation of polyamide nanofiltration membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method has test conditions of room temperature and 0.6MPa, has a high rejection rate of more than 97% for 0.2 wt.% magnesium sulfate solution, and the pure water flux is 7080LHM/s. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a polyamide nanofiltration membrane, comprising a polyethersulfone ultrafiltration support layer and an organic nanofiltration membrane layer on the polyethersulfone ultrafiltration support layer by interfacial polymerization, and in the interfacial polymerization, the aqueous phase monomer is formed by phytic acid-graphene oxide quantum dot composite and piperazine, the acid acceptor is polyamine, and the organic phase monomer is tribenzoyl chloride.
