NOVELTY - A nano-modified epoxy resin composition comprises component (A) contining 100 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin, 3-5 pts. wt. polyurethane, 3-5 pts. wt. polybutadiene rubber, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. nano toughening agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. wetting and dispersing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. blocking agent, 0.5-1 pt. wt. coupling agent, and 1-3 pts. wt. release agent, where the weight ratio of polyurethane and polybutadiene rubber is 1:1. The nano-toughening agent contains nano-scale titanium-based compound, where the particle size of nano-scale titanium-based compound is less than 50 nm, and the content of nano-scale titanium-based compound is less than 10 %mass, and component (B) comprises 82-86 pts. wt. methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride and 1-3 pts. wt. accelerator. USE - Light weight, high strength, high impact resistance and high modulus nano-modified epoxy resin composition for main beams of wind power blades. ADVANTAGE - The light weight, high strength, high impact resistant and high modulus nano-modified epoxy resin composition improves the comprehensive mechanical properties and fatigue performance of the main beam of the wind power blade. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of nano-modified epoxy resin composition, which involves (S1) mixing bisphenol A epoxy resin, polyurethane and polybutadiene rubber, and stirring at 150degreesC and at 200-500 rpm for 6 hours to obtain polyurethane epoxy resin polymer, (S2) cooling polyurethane epoxy resin polymer to 100degreesC, adding nano-toughening agent and wetting and dispersing agent, stirring at 100degreesC and 1450-1500 rpm and heat-preserving for 5 minutes to obtain intermediate product, (S3) cooling the obtained intermediate product to 80degreesC, adding graphene, blocking agent, coupling agent and release agent, stirring at 80degreesC at 1450-1500 rpm for 15 minutes, and cooling to room temperature to obtain component (A), and (S4) mixing methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride and accelerator, stirring at 60-80degreesC at 200-500 rpm for 10-15 minute, and cooling to room temperature.
