NOVELTY - Modified cable material comprises 100 pts. wt. polyolefin, 1 to 3 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, 2 to 8 pts. wt. nano-graphene powder, 2 to 5 pts. wt. ferrocene, 0.5 to 1.5 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate. Modified cable material is prepared by weighing polyolefin, antimony trioxide, nano-graphene powder, ferrocene and dibutyltin dilaurate and mixing in a high-speed mixer, followed by mixing at a speed of 300 to 500 revolutions per minute for 15 to 20 minutes to obtain a premix. USE - Modified cable material. ADVANTAGE - Modified cable material does not contain halogen elements, do not release toxic gases, is environmental protecting, has oxygen index of 36, UL94 flame retardant level of V-0, the maximum density of flame smoke does not exceed 50, toxicity index does not exceed 2.0, and has very good flame retardant effect.
