▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An electrically and thermally conductive graphene slurry contains graphene, carbon nanotubes, ionic liquids, indium oxide, iron oxide, indium tin oxide, zinc oxide, metal powder, epoxy resin, epoxy diluent, curing agent and coupling agent. The curing agent is maleic anhydride, phthalic anhydride or ethylenediamine. The coupling agent is gamma - aminopropyltriethoxysilane, gamma -aminopropyl trimethoxysilane or gamma -(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane. USE - The electrically and thermally conductive graphene slurry is useful for high-power device. ADVANTAGE - The electrically and thermally conductive graphene slurry has excellent mechanical strength and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An electrically and thermally conductive graphene slurry contains 5-18 pts. wt. graphene, 2-12 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 5-35 pts. wt. ionic liquids, 1-5 pts. wt. indium oxide, 1-6 pts. wt. iron oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. indium tin oxide, 3-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 9-35 pts. wt. metal powder, 12-40 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-2 pts. wt. epoxy diluent, 2-5 pts. wt. curing agent and 0.01-0.5 pt. wt. coupling agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of electrically and thermally conductive graphene slurry.
