NOVELTY - Protective film comprises 50-70 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 30-40 pts. wt. polyurethane acrylate, 100-120 pts. wt. composite solvent, 4-5 pts. wt. ultra-fine aluminium silicate, 16-35 pts. wt. modified graphene, and 3-5 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - Used as protective film. ADVANTAGE - The method: has mild condition; and avoids high temperature hardening treatment process, protective film edge retraction and curling. The protective film: has long using time, wearable and scratch-resistant effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing protective film comprising (1) adding polyethylene terephthalate, polyurethane acrylate and composite solvent to mixer under 62-70degrees Celsius, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain mixed solution, (2) adding ultra-fine aluminium silicate and modified graphene into mixed solution, controlling stirring and mixing speed at 380-420 revolutions/minutes, mixing for 10-20 minutes, then adding dispersant to mixing for 5-10 minutes to obtain mixed material, (3) placing mixed material into a double-screw granulator to extrude, granulating, blow molding, cooling and shaping to obtain protective film.
