NOVELTY - A super-hydrophilic anti-corrosion coating sol comprises super-hydrophilic coating sol comprising graphene material, inorganic polysilazane, solvent and catalyst. USE - Super-hydrophilic anti-corrosion coating sol. ADVANTAGE - The coating has anti-corrosion property, stable super-hydrophilicity, heat conduction, high mechanical strength and flame retardant properties. The method is green and environment-friendly, has simple technique, low cost and easy to control operation condition, and solves poor coating anti-corrosion property and complex preparation technique. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of the super-hydrophilic anti-corrosion coating sol comprising uniformly dispersing graphene material, modifier and solvent in ultrasonic condition to obtain graphene solution, mixing with inorganic polysilazane solution, sealing and stirring at 0-35 degrees C for 1-40 hours, and sealing and storing; and (2) using method of super-hydrophilic anti-corrosion coating sol comprising coating sol on substrate, curing at 5-120 degrees C for 1-24 hours to obtain super-hydrophilic anti-corrosion coating. The modifier is hexamethyldisilazyl, hexamethyldisiloxane and/or dopamine. The mass ratio of graphene, modifier and solvent is 1:0.001-0.1:1-1000.
