NOVELTY - A graphene-containing nonwoven cotton comprises top surface layer, back layer, and cotton fiber layer clamped between top surface layer and back layer in which top surface layer and back layer are made of non-woven materials containing 100 pts. wt. isotactic polypropylene, 5-7 pts. wt. vinyl acetate, 2-3 pts. wt. 2-hydroxypropyl acrylate, 4-5 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 2-3 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, 12-15 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, 3-4 pts. wt. isatis root, and 3-4 pts. wt. dyers woad leaf. USE - A graphene-containing nonwoven cotton (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Graphene-containing nonwoven cotton is heat-resistant, recyclable, flexible, and environment-friendly, has flame retardant, sound-absorbing, and noise-reduction effect and excellent mechanical performance, and prevents cotton fiber interlayer leakage. Houttuynia cordata, and 4-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, auxiliary agent comprises 30-40 pts. wt. mica, 1-2 pts. wt. nanocarbon, 1-2 pts. wt. 2-mercaptobenzimidazole (MB) anti-aging agent, 3-4 pts. wt. aluminum coupling agent DL-411, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium benzoate, 3-4 pts. wt. 582-2 amino resin, 2-3 pts. wt. actinolite, 1-2 pts. wt. urea, 2-3 pts. wt. zinc cyanuric acid, 35-40 pts. wt. epoxy oil butyl ester, 2-3 pts. wt. propyl gallate, 1-2 pts. wt. barley oil, 2-3 pts. wt. vanadium carbide, and 1-2 pts. wt. polyphenol and is prepared by calcining mica and actinolite in calciner at 720-740 degrees C for 2-3 hours, discharging, soaking in 10-15% hydrochloric acid solution for 2-3 hours, filtering to obtain residue, washing with water, drying, and grinding into 400-600 mesh powder, mixing with remaining raw materials, heating to 60-70 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 40-50 minutes, cooling, and grinding to paste. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-containing nonwoven cotton which involves mixing isatis root, dyers woad leaf, and H. cordata, crushing into 200-250 mesh powder, blowing powder, billowing, spraying with epoxidized soybean oil to obtain mixture, heating isotactic polypropylene until molten, adding mixture, stirring, adding remaining raw materials, stirring, uniformly mixing, and sending through spinning nozzle.
