NOVELTY - Graphene and carbon black compound reinforced thermal conductive filler, obtained by compounding modified graphene PMIGNP and modified carbon black PMICB, and modified graphene PMIGNP is obtained after graphene is modified by dienophile reagent and the modified carbon black PMICB is obtained by modifying the carbon black with a dienophile reagent, where the dienophile reagent is N-phenylmaleimide. USE - Used as graphene and carbon black compound reinforced thermal conductive filler. ADVANTAGE - The filler improves the mechanical properties of the styrene-butadiene rubber, increases the tensile strength and elongation at break, and improves the thermal conductivity, and obtains a thermally conductive composite material with high strength and high elasticity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of graphene and carbon black compound reinforcement thermal conductivity filler, comprising adding the graphene and carbon black compound reinforcing filler into the styrene-butadiene rubber as a reinforcing filler, which can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the styrene-butadiene rubber, reduce fatigue heat generation, and improve thermal conductivity.
