▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A phase change cooling composite material comprises 40-90 wt.% adsorption component, 0-30 wt.% thermal conductive material, 2-30 wt.% support material and 0.1-2 wt.% dispersing aid. USE - Phase change cooling composite material used for radiator, cooling plate, heat-dissipating film and phase-change cooling coating of electronic equipment. ADVANTAGE - The phase change material has increased phase change enthalpy, which is 56 times that of current traditional phase change material. The cooling process does not require the intervention of external energy or stimulation, and is carried out spontaneously using external moisture. The preparation method is simple, environmentally-friendly, easy to industrialize, and does not need an organic solvent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the phase change composite material, which involves: (a) dispersing the support material and dispersing aid in water to obtain a uniform mixture; (b) adding the adsorption component and thermal conductive material, and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixture, where the mixing process adopts a three-roll mill for mixing, the mixing time is 1-3 hours, and the mixing temperature is 40-60degrees Celsius; and (c) pouring the above mixture in a mold, and removing or retaining moisture of the mixture by natural or heated evaporation.
