NOVELTY - The graphene-based selective absorption film system comprises an anti-reflection layer (4), an absorption layer (3), an infrared reflection layer (2) and a base layer (1). The absorption layer is composed of graphene or graphene-based composite materials. The graphene absorption layer contains at least one of reduced graphene oxide, graphene oxide, and graphene materials. The thickness of the graphene absorption layer is 10 to 500 nano metre. The anti-reflection layer contains silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, hafnium oxide, and aluminum nitride. The infrared reflective layer is made of one of aluminium, tungsten, iron, copper, silver, gold metal film constitute. USE - Graphene-based selective absorption film system. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based selective absorption film has long-term stability at high temperatures that matches the available optical band gap, and can be widely used in solar energy from low to high temperatures.
