NOVELTY - Graphene modified paper-based friction material comprises 15-35 wt.% reinforcing fibers, 10-20 wt.% filler, 15-25 wt.% friction modifier performance, 25-45 wt.% binder and 1-3 wt.% graphene; and the friction performance modifier is zinc stearate, black powder or molybdenum disulfide. USE - Used as graphene modified paper-based friction material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene modified paper-based friction material comprising (i) dissolving binder in anhydrous ethanol to obtain binder solution having a mass fraction of 20-40%, and allowing to stand the resin solution for 24-48 hours to dissolving to obtain solution A, (ii) adding fillers to the high-speed mixer to mixing to obtain mixture, (iii) adding graphene, reinforcing fiber, friction performance modifier and mixed material B in water to mixing to obtain slurry C, (iv) pouring the mixed slurry C into a high-speed stirrer to dispersing and dispersing the slurry, on the paper machine molding is friction sheet raw paper, then placing the friction sheet in an drying oven at 80-100 degrees C for 4-8 hours, (v) re-immersing in solution A and taking out and naturally drying to obtain prefabricated body, where it contains the binder mass fraction of 25-45 wt.%, (vi) pre-impregnated prefabricated body in the flat-type hot-pressing equipment on the hot-pressing, and hot pressing conditions: the temperature is 150-180 degrees C, the time is 100-400 seconds, the pressure is 1-4 MP, to obtain final product.
