NOVELTY - The invention relates to a transmission electron microscope grid. The transmission electron microscope grid includes a grid, and a graphene sheet-carbon nanotube film composite structure covered on the grid. A part of the composite structure are suspended. The composite structure includes at least a carbon nanotube film structure and a plurality of graphene sheets. The carbon nanotube film structure includes a plurality of micropores. At least one micropore of the carbon nanotube film structure is covered by one of the plurality of graphene sheets. The present invention also relates to a method for making the transmission electron microscope grid.
